WHERE WE STARTED
Our Story
In 2007, Global Intuition founders Mike Marchesseau and Yang Li organized their first international exchange program for a group of 18 middle school Chinese students. Their goal was to offer participants an amazing classroom experience and an opportunity to learn about American culture and the community. Global Intuition’s programs and services have expanded over the years while the focus and commitment to creating an unparalleled international exchange program has remained at the forefront. As a result, Global Intuition has earned a reputation as a respected and trusted international program coordinator building worry-free programs which delivers academic excellence and an unforgettable experience.
Mike and Yang’s shared passion for providing international students with a unique learning experience is what has made Global Intuition what it is today. They know firsthand that exchange programs can change lives. Yang was an international student studying in North America when she met Mike.
The couple is now raising their family in Michigan where they have lived together for more than 19 years and are the proud parents of two daughters who are both fluent in Chinese.
